We are looking for an experienced forklift operator to work at a modern high-bay warehouse near Munich. The warehouse operates on a three-shift system and the role requires operating both reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.
We offer stable direct employment, attractive pay and organised accommodation within 10 km of the workplace. Couples are also welcome — we can arrange employment for both partners at the same facility.

Your Responsibilities
- Operating reach truck and counterbalance forklifts
- Picking and placing goods in the high-bay warehouse
- Using the WMS system (training provided)
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workstation
Requirements
- Valid forklift licence (reach truck and/or counterbalance)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Physical fitness and willingness to work three shifts
- German or English language skills not required
Not Required, But Would Be a Plus
- Experience with WMS systems
- Basic German language skills
- Licence for more than one type of forklift
Additional Information
Recruitment is ongoing — quick start possible. The first contract is for a 3-month probationary period with the option to extend. The employer provides assistance with registration formalities in Germany.
