A four-star hotel in central London is looking for a cook or commis chef for its à la carte restaurant. The kitchen serves European cuisine with fusion elements. The team consists of 12 people, working afternoon and evening shifts.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparing dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
- Working across different kitchen sections (cold, hot, desserts)
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in line with HACCP
- Assisting with goods reception and checks
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Communicative English
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Not Required, But Would Be a Plus
- Experience in European or fusion cuisine
- Allergen awareness knowledge
