A mountain restaurant in the Swiss Alps near Chur is looking for a cook or head chef for the summer season (May–October) or winter season (December–March). The restaurant serves regional and European cuisine for tourists and skiers and seats 60 guests.
What We Offer
- Salary CHF 3,800–4,500 gross per month
- Single-room accommodation on site

Your Responsibilities
- Preparing à la carte dishes and daily specials
- Managing supplies and cost control (for head chef role)
- Maintaining HACCP standards
- Working lunch and evening service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- German language skills at least A2
- Ability to work in a small team
- Availability for the full season
Not Required, But Would Be a Plus
- Experience with Alpine or regional cuisine
- French or Italian language skills
- Category B driving licence
Additional Information
Candidates from outside the EU/EFTA must hold a Swiss work permit or be prepared to obtain one independently. The employer can provide administrative support with the permit application.
