A Polish manufacturing company with 25 years of history and 400 employees is looking for an HR Manager to independently run the HR department. The company produces components for the automotive industry and is in a phase of dynamic growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of recruitment processes (white and blue collar)
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding
- Building and implementing the employee appraisal system
- HR and payroll administration in cooperation with external accounting
- Labour law advisory for managers
- Reporting to the board
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of labour law and social security regulations
- Experience recruiting production and office staff
- English at B2 level
Not Required, But Would Be a Plus
- Background in manufacturing or automotive
- Knowledge of Enova or similar HRMS
- Labour law or HR management certification
Additional Information
The role requires on-site presence 5 days a week. The company is located in the Wrocław industrial zone with good bus connections. On-site parking available.
