A Berlin SaaS startup with a B2B product in the HR-tech sector is looking for an experienced UX Designer. The product is used by over 500 companies across Europe. Hybrid work — 2 days in the office (Berlin or Munich), 3 days remote.

Your Responsibilities
- Conducting user research and needs analysis
- Designing wireframes, prototypes and final mockups in Figma
- Collaborating with product and development teams
- Participating in design sprints and usability tests
- Maintaining and developing the design system
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UX/Product Design experience
- Portfolio showing digital product projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Good English (team working language)
Not Required, But Would Be a Plus
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience running moderated usability tests
- German language skills
Additional Information
Candidates from outside Germany can expect relocation support to Berlin or Munich. The company helps with finding accommodation and covers moving costs up to EUR 1,500.
