An international SaaS company operating a returns and complaints management platform for e-commerce is looking for an Account Manager for the CEE region. The client portfolio covers around 40 companies from e-commerce and retail. Fully remote from Poland, Germany, Czechia or Slovakia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing B2B client relationships across the CEE region
  • Regular client meetings (online and on-site a few times per year)
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Onboarding new clients in collaboration with the implementation team
  • Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Fluent English and one CEE language (PL, CZ, SK or DE) at C1
  • Experience managing B2B clients from e-commerce or retail
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)

Not Required, But Would Be a Plus

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
  • Knowledge of more than one CEE language
  • Experience running quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
